In the middle of every Robotic Pod is a Nikon D5 DSLR camera. With it’s class leading performance, focus accuracy and incredible image quality – for both stills and video, it is the perfect capture device for almost any application. Specially modified boards integrate the camera with the robot, allowing the two components to work as one and ensuring the capture of video and still imagery is effortless.
By using a modular system it is easy to quickly change the Robotic Pod, in minutes you can change your remote position from a wide to a super tight shot. The Nikon FX size sensor means you get the advantage of fantastic dynamic range, colour depth and low noise sensor performance as well a vast range of lens options.

Installations are simpler and faster than ever before. The modular system breaks down into three key components. This means even the largest robotic pod can easily be installed by one person. Making this one of the fastest and easiest systems to rig on the market.
The Robotic Pod sets a new level of safety for remote event capture, by having only one cable between the Robotic Pod and the arm it significantly decreases the chances of the robot becoming entangled and unlike other pan/tilt arms, there’s no birds nest of cables that could potentially come loose during operation.
Mark Roberts Motion Control’s new Multi Head Control software is a class leading next generation remote control platform. This software comes in two parts, MHC server and MHC client.
MHC server can dynamically control an unlimited number of robotic pods. The servers role is to take input information, from multiple users and sources, and then translate this to smooth fluid camera moves on any of the robotic heads.
