ORION SLIDER

Lightweight and portable, the ORION Slider is particularly well suited to ENG and on-the-go applications. The body is crafted from aluminium, ensuring a robust construction and optimised weight. Its fixed-length design simplifies the side brackets, minimising weight. The ORION Slider is nearly half the weight of the heavy-duty ATLAS Modular system, yet it maintains the same rail span and motion stability.

The ORION MOCO—MANUAL slider features custom-designed silicone wheels, allowing extremely smooth and silent operation when used by hand. A wide variety of mounting solutions, many of which are included with the slider, allow you to use your favourite fluid head with any camera.

Create smooth and repeatable automated movements with the ORION MOCO – STEPPER.  The easily attached drive lets you convert your slider from manual to motorized mode in a few minutes, while the AION IQ controller is suitable for working live or looping the motion.

The ORION Slider is available in a range of kit configurations, making it easy for you to choose the best option for your applications. When combined with a remote head, the ORION becomes an ideal solution for videographers who need a flexible motion control system for any set — whether in a studio, on location, for interviews, live shows, or product packshots.

The slider is equipped with numerous 1/4″ and 3/8” threads, making it extremely easy to mount on a tripod. Optional quick-mounting kits are available to perfectly level the slider on any tripod with a 75mm or 100mm bowl adapter.

It is designed to be compatible with standard lighting equipment stands, making it easier to rig the slider in various creative ways using widely available stands.
