Open Integration Is Key
Integration can be achieved using open protocols and software. You can manage multiple cameras from one workspace by supporting common standards such as NDI and VISCA over IP. Alongside being able to select your choice of camera(s), there are also multiple ways that motion can be added to content capture, all synced within the single control interface. This approach makes operating large projects extremely easy and cost-effective, particularly for education and large corporate installations where the ability to choose the kit that fits your needs allows you to increase your production value significantly.
Building a centralised communications architecture is key. This makes it possible to perfectly sync multiple sliders with easy connection and clean cable management. You can work with remote heads in Live Mode or use a controller such as KAIROS to access presets and set up keyframes and motion paths. Software that allows you to auto-track subjects can overlay the system to re-frame and manage the camera angles. Operators can then focus on the quality of the content being produced.
