Software Test Technician
Location: Blindley Heath, Surrey, RH7 6JP
Contract type: permanent , full-time
The role is primarily concerned with execution of test scenarios using assigned software testing processes, although some full product testing and interoperability testing will be required. Following testing, you will be responsible for monitoring test data, creating issue/bug reports for software release process.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
- Performing regular testing of software as part of the software release process.
- System, user and end-to-end testing.
- Creating and following up of software bugs and issues.
- Documenting test results and liaison with the development teams.
- Contribute to the test perspective on product quality within the business.
- Escalate concerns and/or important matters in a constructive manner.
