The Unreal Ride — Takes Centre Stage at NAB Show
MRMC & Vū Studio In Action
Our head is still spinning from the incredible reaction we got last month at NAB Show with our Unreal Ride exhibit in the central lobby with partner Vū Studio! It was great to be back at trade shows and to see our clients, partners, and a tremendous amount of new faces; captivated by the endless possibilities of motion control and virtual production.
Our exhibit, ‘The Unreal Ride’, was an interactive and immersive virtual production experience allowing participants to take home a video of themselves moving through a virtual futuristic cityscape as if it were the real thing! The footage, captured by Bolt X was edited, and supplied to the participant in around 1 minute using our Showbolt technology. Over 1200 videos were captured over 3.5 days on the stand, with a never-ending queue for the experience.

The combination of Motion Control with Virtual Production ensured we were able to deliver an experience like no other to our guests and we’d like to say a huge thank you to Vū for all their hard work making this possible! The Unreal Ride took social media by storm; with guests sharing their videos across multiple social channels! #Unrealride generated a large following and we are still catching up on all the new videos being released!
