Aardman Features Steps Onto Tortoise And Hare

At Aardman Features, production has begun on a new film, currently titled Tortoise & Hare. The creators of Chicken Run and the Academy Award winning Wallace & Gromit have taken delivery of two new Flair Stepper systems. The Flair Steppers are fully integrated stepper motor systems, complete with power supplies, stepper drives and Flair stepper cards. Each system is capable of powering up to 12 stepper motors in one complete unit. As they run the standard Flair software they are fully compatible with all Mark Roberts Motion Control rigs. They are equipped with all the powerful software features found in servomotor rig including full CGI import & export facilities. This latest delivery complements Aardman's existing 6 stepper units and 3 Milos and should considerably enhance an already strong force in the industry.
